If you have a product that has not met your expectations, we would like you to contact us.

Email us at konsumentkontakt@midsona.se with the following information:

• Which product is it about? (Name from the packaging)
• What is the issue with the product? Describe the complaint
• Expiry date
• Batch number (located next to the expiry date) – if possible.
• Photo of the product/defect where the date and batch number are visible
• Your name and address
• Please keep the product in case of an investigation
